For your convenience, all classes can be paid in person with a check, cash, credit card or online through Paypal. To pay online simply click on the Paypal icon.
Due to Covid-19 our classes are limited to 6 students maximum and a minimum of 2. It is recommended but not required to wear a face mask.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to class so you can set-up your work station and sign any necessary waivers and/or paperwork.

Rules and regulations
You must pay for classes prior to class date. No reservations will be accepted. No refunds on classes, even when we reschedule a class due to instructor illness or dangerous weather. Another time will be offered to makeup the class.
Classes are generally two hours long and are taught standing up. If you can not stand for a long period of time please notify the school so that a stool can be provided for you, but only upon request.
Classroom is open to students 10 minutes prior to class time. We start class on time regardless if students are running late.
All materials will be provided for students with the exception of homework or when bake goods are required. No equipment shall be removed from the classroom. If a student wishes to purchase a tool or equipment used in class, please see instructor after class to order items.
Students do not need to take classes in sequence only what skill level they wish to improve or learn.
Our time is limited, please write questions down and they will be addressed at certain times during class. You may bring a drink but please have a lid for your cup…you may not care if you ruin your project but your neighbor may not feel the same.
Photography is allowed of the projects and steps but videotaping class is absolutely prohibited.
Gift Certificate
This gift certificate is for one student to learn culinary confections at Uptown Delights School of Confectionery Arts, LLC. This certificate entitles the recipient to (2) two hours of private instructions of their subject choice. All materials will be provided.
